1. Warranty Period: The warranty period for all Jiayilights products is 12 months (1 year) from the date of delivery. This period applies to the master device and all components included in your purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage: Our warranty extends to all products purchased directly from Jiayilights or an authorized distributor. During the warranty period, any defective products must be returned to our factory for repair or replacement.

3. Warranty Procedures:

  • Repair and Restoration: For failures due to manufacturing defects during normal use, we will conduct thorough inspections, testing, and repairs to restore the product to its factory specifications.
  • Repair Time: The time required to repair a product will depend on the extent of damage. While we aim to complete all maintenance promptly, we note that the maintenance period stated is a goal, not a guarantee. Special products may have different maintenance terms due to their unique nature.
  • Product Replacement: If a product needs to be replaced during the warranty period, Jiayilights will replace it with a product of the same specifications. The replacement product will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product.

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Wearing Parts: Costs associated with the replacement of wearing parts are not covered under this warranty.
  • Excluded Damages: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from physical abuse, improper use, unauthorized modifications, attempts to repair by unauthorized personnel, accidents, lightning, or other natural or man-made disasters.

5. Obtaining Warranty Service: To receive service under this warranty, please contact our customer service department with your proof of purchase, detailed description of the issue, and any other documentation supporting your claim. Instructions for returning products to our factory will be provided after initial assessment.
